Fillers are used to treat deep Acne Scarring. Subcision of the skin can be done by creating pockets on the surface of the skin. After separating the skin from the underlying subcutaneous tissue, the filler is deposited in between to create a smooth foundation. The filler that we use is Radiesse. It stimulates collagen production thus allowing to create a smooth, even plane under the skin that improves acne scars and marks. This procedure has minimal downtime and is painless.
